If for whatever reason you are not absolutely thrilled with your purchase – we will replace your purchase or refund your money, whichever you prefer (less shipping and once the disputed product has been returned). Please return the unused portion so that we can exchange if with any portion of your choice of equal or lesser value.
Please contact us within 7 days for a full refund. All orders returned are subject to a $5.00 re-stocking fee, and by any/all Beanstream merchant fees. All refunds are done by cheque, upon approval, within 30 days from the product return/cancellation. You will be refunded the money minus any associated costs. We are highly experienced in ensuring we get your jerky delivered and ask that you provide clear and accurate shipping details.
